In the current Covid19 crisis, the Bank of England has cut the base rate to 0.1%, so we would urge those with tracker, variable-rate or fixed mortgages in place to review your existing mortgage deal. Use our mortgage calculator and see how much you could save on your existing mortgage. For those that need to take a mortgage holiday, please contact your current mortgage provider to understand the terms and to complete any required applications.
